Spark & Flow 1:1 Athletic Coaching supports student-athletes through individualized movement training that builds physical skills, mental resilience, and self-confidence.

Sessions are tailored to the athlete’s age, sport, ability level, and goals, with an emphasis on fundamentals, coordination, strength, agility, and body awareness. Just as importantly, we focus on mindset — learning how to handle challenge, stay regulated under pressure, and develop a healthy relationship with effort and growth.

As a former middle school coach and licensed educator, I approach athletic coaching through a developmental lens. Instruction is supportive, structured, and motivating, creating an environment where athletes can build skills without fear of failure.

This is not about pushing harder — it’s about moving with intention, learning through effort, and developing confidence that carries beyond the court, field, or gym.
